These terms govern your relationship with KaloriSehat. By accessing our platform and ordering our health-focused meal plans, you agree to these operational standards and legal boundaries.

Platform Acceptance
KaloriSehat operates the website kalorisehat.id and provides a healthy meal delivery service based on subscription plans. By using our website or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at our discretion. Significant changes will be communicated via the email registered to your account. Your continued use of the service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Subscription & Meal Kit Service
Our balanced daily menu plans are structured around specific calorie-restricted guidelines. Each meal kit service is designed for personal consumption and should not be resold or redistributed for commercial gain.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. KaloriSehat is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
Menu Customization
While we offer calorie-controlled set meals, we cannot guarantee the exclusion of specific allergens beyond the options provided in our customization interface. Users with severe food sensitivities must exercise caution.
Logistics & Delivery
Delivery Windows
We provide diet menu with delivery between 06:00 and 09:00 WITA. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide specific drop-off instructions.
Service Zones
Currently, our primary laboratory is located in Makassar. Delivery availability is subject to geographical constraints within the city limits and surrounding areas.
Risk of loss and title for meals pass to you upon delivery to the address provided. KaloriSehat is not responsible for spoilage if the meal is not properly refrigerated immediately after delivery.
Financial Conditions
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a weekly or monthly basis. When you order healthy meals, the payment method on file will be charged automatically unless the subscription is paused or canceled 48 hours before the next cycle starts.
Cancellations must be processed through the user dashboard. Credits for paused days will be applied to future orders and are not redeemable as cash refunds.

In no event shall KaloriSehat be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the consumption of our products beyond the replacement cost of the meal itself.
